Change to Appointment System

As from Tuesday 31st January 2012, the surgery is trying out a new appointment system using doctor triage. All patients requesting an appointment will be given an initial telephone consultation with the triage doctor who will then book an apppointment if required.

"Virtual" Patient Participation Group

The Practice is setting up a "Virtual" Patient Participation Group. This will be an email group who will be consulted on practice changes and patient surveys.

If you are interested in joining the group, please email for the attention of David Wigley or Sarah Smith at ncs@nhs.net. Aspiring participants should identify whether they can represent a particular group of patients. This will include for example persons with disabilities, different age groups, gender, locality, parents etc.
